Job description

Physiotherapist (40–100%) – Sport, active rehabilitation & modern training facilities

Region: Canton of Aargau, Switzerland
Working hours: 40–100%
Salary: CHF 5,500–7,000 gross per month × 13 (for 100%)
Start date: By agreement

Do you love active physiotherapy, have an interest in sport and want to develop your professional skills?

We are looking for a dedicated physiotherapist to join a modern, family-run physiotherapy practice in the Canton of Aargau. The practice combines traditional physiotherapy with a clear focus on exercise, sport, prevention and active rehabilitation.

You can expect a warm and welcoming team where collaboration, professional exchange and personal development are prioritised. The practice treats a diverse patient population, with a focus on orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions. In addition, services such as osteopathy, Pilates and various training and prevention programmes are offered.

Sports physiotherapy also plays an important role. The practice already has experience in supporting elite athletes and aims to expand this area further. Of particular interest is the planned extension, which will include a new, approximately 480 m² area dedicated to training and active rehabilitation. Here, you can contribute your ideas and play an active role in shaping the practice’s future development.

What you can expect

  • You will treat a diverse range of patients.
  • You’ll work using an active and exercise-based therapeutic approach.
  • You’ll have access to modern treatment rooms and training facilities.
  • You’ll work within a close-knit and supportive team.
  • You’ll be able to contribute your own ideas and develop professionally.

What the practice offers you

  • You’ll earn CHF 5,500–7,000 gross per month on a full-time basis, with 13 monthly salaries.
  • You’ll work 40 hours per week on a full-time basis.
  • You’ll receive 5 weeks’ holiday per year.
  • You’ll receive an annual training budget starting at approx. CHF 1,000, as well as 5 days for further training.
  • You’ll benefit from flexible working hours and will generally work until 6.00 pm on two days a week.
  • You’ll receive administrative support and benefit from good opportunities for professional development.

What you bring to the role

  • You have completed a vocational training programme or a degree in physiotherapy.
  • You are interested in active therapy, exercise and sport.
  • You are open-minded, motivated and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Ideally, you already have some knowledge of German.
  • If possible, you have already started the SRK accreditation process.

We warmly welcome those just starting out in their careers! A specific specialisation is not required. Much more important are your personality, your motivation and your interest in an active approach to work. The practice places great emphasis on thorough induction and mutual support.

About the region

The practice is located in the canton of Aargau, an attractive region between Zurich and Basel. Here you can enjoy a varied landscape, numerous leisure activities and a high quality of life. The combination of nature, charming villages and easy access to larger cities makes the region a particularly great place to live.

PhysioMatch offers you

  • We’ll support you with the SRK recognition of your diploma.
  • We’ll help you organise your work and residence permits, as well as find accommodation.
  • We organise a free orientation day in Switzerland and cover your travel costs up to a maximum of €300.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to take part in a German language course.
  • Our team includes physiotherapists who have themselves emigrated to Switzerland.

  • Our support is completely free of charge and without obligation for you as a candidate.
