In this step, you complete the application phase and move from getting to know each other to concrete agreements.
You discuss the conditions, sign the contract, and make a plan for the period leading up to your start.
Receiving and reviewing the contract
If both you and the employer are enthusiastic, you will usually receive a contract proposal.
Take the time to read it carefully and discuss any questions with your contact person at PhysioMatch.
In any case, make sure to check the following:
- Start date and probation period
- Number of working hours per week and working times
- Salary and any bonus
- Vacation days and public holidays
- Notice period and contract duration
- Any support from the employer, for example with housing
Signing the contract and next steps
Once everything is clear and you agree, you sign the contract.
After that, you can start planning the next steps in concrete terms, such as housing, moving, and your administrative matters in Switzerland.
After the employer has signed the contract, you withdraw from your other options.
