Physiotherapist

Job description

For a small and modern physiotherapy practice in the canton of Zurich, PhysioMatch is looking for a physiotherapist who values quality over productivity. The practice was founded by an experienced manual therapist who consciously chose to move away from large scale practice structures. The focus is on one to one treatment, sufficient time per patient and a calm, patient centred way of working.

The practice treats orthopaedic and geriatric patients between the ages of 14 and 95. The initial assessment always lasts 60 minutes. There is cooperation with a nursing home and home visits are part of the work. Manual therapy and active rehabilitation play an important role within the treatment concept.

The practice has two fully enclosed treatment rooms with air conditioning and its own fully equipped fitness area of approximately 40 m². A modern app is used for scheduling and administration. There are no waiting lists and work pressure is deliberately kept low. The team is small, international and close knit. A team dinner is organised once a month.

Environment

The practice is located in the Zurich region, close to Lake Zurich. The area is green and quiet and offers many opportunities for walking and sports. At the same time, Zurich and surrounding cities are easily accessible. This makes the region ideal for combining nature with city life.

The practice offers:
  • A gross monthly salary between CHF 5800 and CHF 7000
  • A 13th month salary
  • A calm work schedule with sufficient time per patient
  • Administration time scheduled twice daily
  • No performance pressure or fully booked agendas
  • Internal guidance and opportunities for professional development
  • A high level of freedom, trust and independence in daily work
  • A permanent position within a small and committed team
The practice is looking for:
  • A physiotherapist with a patient centred approach
  • Interest in manual therapy or the motivation to further develop these skills
  • German language skills at a minimum level of B1 to B2
  • An independent and responsible working attitude
  • Someone who enjoys working in a small practice setting
  • Less experienced physiotherapists are also welcome and will be properly trained
PhysioMatch offers:
  • Full guidance throughout the entire application process
  • Strong support with organising work and residence permits and accommodation
  • A free introduction day in Switzerland, travel costs reimbursed up to 300 euros
  • The possibility to follow a German language course
  • PhysioMatch employs physiotherapists who have already made the move to Switzerland
  • Personal guidance in German, French, Polish, Dutch or English
  • All support and guidance provided by PhysioMatch is completely free of charge and without obligation
