Job Opportunity: Head of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy

A Hospital in Graubünden is looking for an experienced leader with a passion for physiotherapy and occupational therapy to join their team as the Head of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. In this role, you will oversee a team of over 70 employees across four locations and be responsible for the strategic, economic, and organizational aspects of both departments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the interdisciplinary team in providing high-quality physiotherapy and occupational therapy services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the future-oriented and effective operation of both departments.
  • Integrate occupational therapy into the existing departmental structure, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.
  • Formulate a comprehensive strategy and service structure that meets the needs of stakeholders and reflects the hospital’s goals.
  • Manage budgeting and resource allocation to achieve economic goals and fulfill service mandates.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in physiotherapy, with a master’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience in leading teams and driving organizational success.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
